Indiana: Avon requires adult business licensing

Avon has adopted a measure that town officials say will give them more control if an adult business wants to set up shop.
The Town Council Thursday approved an ordinance that requires adult businesses to get a $1,500 permit. The ordinance also allows for background checks of operators and inspections of adult businesses.
