ACLU sues over prayers at Florida High School

The ACLU has issued this press release that indicates: “The lawsuit reveals a repeated pattern by school officials – including Santa Rosa County School Board members and Pace High School Principal H. Frank Lay – of promoting and endorsing prayers at graduation ceremonies and other school events, of sponsoring religious ceremonies and holding official school events at churches.”

Why hasn’t the ACLU shown any interest in our State Department’s Global Publishing Solutions? They printed calendars with “beautiful” pictures of Mosques, “perfect for outreach efforts” (isn’t that
    Missionary work?)
    1. If they made a profit publishing it, aren’t taxes are due?
    2. If it was tax deductible for the client, isn’t that religious
    discrimination?
    3. Either way, it was a “religious” publication, and I thought you
were sensitive to the relgious sphere entering the commerce, education, politics, public events, etc, etc, etc, etc. Or are you
’selective’ in what you choose to take up as a cause?
    Don’t you agree?
What if the calendars had been of “beautiful” churches, cathedrals, synagogues, or temples, “perfect for outreach efforts?”
Would THAT have gotten your attention?

Well, I can forgive you for you know not what you do; Jesus did as
much. You sure stand to have a rude awakening one day, though.
