NJ Federal Court upholds school district’s prohibitions on religious holiday music

LEXIS 66383 (D NJ, Aug. 29, 2008), a New Jersey federal district court upheld a school board’s holiday music policy that barred inclusion of religious holiday music in school holiday concerts.”

Shame on Judge Walls and shame on Michael O’Neill and the Defendants in this case! This is just more of the same - an attempt to silence the Christian voice in the public arena. The second half of the Establishment Clause also states, concerning religion, that the government “shall not prohibit the free exercise thereof.” Those hostile towards Christianity always leave this half out when attempting to “clarify” the Establishment Clause. No need to worry about a Theocracy folks - we already have one in the public arena - - the god that the secularists demand we pay obeisance to and its minions are the many left wing members of the state and federal judiciary.
America, we must begin to exercise our right to impeach judges who legislate from the Bench!!
