Gay, lesbian retirement-area land deal off in Surprise

The Arizona Republic reports:

Developers of Marigold Creek, a community for gay and lesbian retirees, had a purchase deal fall through on 32 acres northeast of Grand Avenue in Surprise and are looking for another plot in the city.

Despite the setback, St. Louis-based Out Properties LLC still is looking to build in the city.

Dispite the deviant behavior of gays and lesbians, I would like to see a society of those ppromoting aids a physical place so their should be data to show deviancy is pioson, costly, and deadly. Whenever their retirement community is built then watchout for the increased medical cost in the city which choose to accommidate such facility. Noone should be forced to have to live around such a place and all government compliancies should be followed without favor to such place.
