Virginia Supreme Court strikes anti-spam law

The AP reports: “The Virginia Supreme Court declared the state’s anti-spam law unconstitutional Friday and reversed the conviction of a man once considered one of the world’s most prolific spammers.”  According to the AP, the court struck down the law on grounds that its scope reached non-commercial email.

How Appealing points out that the opinon was authored by Justice G. Steven Agee now sitting on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
