Wisconsin: Debate over City Hall nativity in federal court
The AP reports: “The debate over a nativity display at Green Bay City Hall has moved to federal court.” According to the report, the city’s attorney and Liberty Counsel are seeking dismissal of the suit originally filed by the Freedom from Religion Foundation and others on grounds that the nativity was taken down before the suit was filed.
