Florida: Strip Club Owner Sues To Keep Dancers Nude
WFTV.com reports: “David Wasserman, owner of Fantasy Gentlemen’s Club on Highway 27, says the ordinance that regulates adult entertainment licenses violates his constitutional rights. Wasserman says the dancing done at his club is considered free expression and is protected by the U.S. Constitution.”
