U.S. Supreme Court lets stand Kansas ruling that undermines biological parenthood



The Beyond (Straight and Gay) Marriage Blog reports on the case which involved termination of parental rights by semen donors in the absence of a written agreement.  The author of this blog does not write from a perspective that favors the traditional family.
