Victory for AZ ‘choose life’ license plates as U.S. Supreme refuses review



The AP reports: “An anti-abortion group has won its long legal fight to force Arizona to issue “choose life” license plates, after the Supreme Court declined to take the case . . . The case is Stanton v. Arizona Life Coalition, 07-1366.”

The Center for Arizona Policy has posted this updated on the case.
