New Obscenity Charges Raise Questions in Internet Age



PC World contains this article by Grant Gross lamenting the problems purportedly caused by the Department of Justice’s recent application of obscenity restrictions that rely on local community standards.  At least the article correctly observes that obscenity laws have been applied in only the most extreme hardcore cases.
