NM: City Reaches Settlement With Sex Shop

KOAT.com reports: “‘Seductions’ at Juan Tabo and Menaul had been cited since the summer for devoting too much of its floor space to selling adult novelties, which violated zoning codes for the building according to city officials. The city had threatened to shut the business down because of the violations.”

The report indicates that “Seductions” has agreed to reduce its inventory and close off the area where those items are sold.
