Appeal won’t be filed in Las Cruces cross case



The Religion Clause Blog reports that an appeal will not be filed in the suit challenging the crosses on the Las Cruces’ city seal. The 10th Circuit denied en banc review after an earlier panel held that the city symbol does not violate the Establishment Clause.
