Aden will be asking the court to uphold the decision of a lower court which determined that abortion clinics that dispense abortion-inducing drugs must abide by the same health and safety standards as other abortion clinics. “A woman’s life is worth more than Planned Parenthood’s bottom line,” said Aden. “Planned Parenthood’s unwillingness to abide by even the most common-sense safety standards demonstrates where its priorities lie. Planned Parenthood should not get a pass when it comes to safety regulations that all medical facilities must follow.
