Manitowoc County’s lawyers ask for dismissal of nativity lawsuit



The Herald Times Reporter: “Attorneys representing Manitowoc County responded Tuesday to a federal lawsuit claiming the county violated the Establishment Clause to the First Amendment when they allowed a nativity scene to remain on the Manitowoc County Courthouse lawn during the 2008 holiday season and asked that the suit be dropped . . . “
