Religion Clause Blog reports: “Suburban Chicago Daily Herald reported yesterday that the Illinois Attorney General’s office will file an appeal to the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Sherman v. Township High School District 214, (ND IL, Jan. 21, 2009).”
