Delaware sexual orientation discrimination introduced again

The News Journal: “Calling this a time to change longstanding views whose time have passed, House Majority Leader Rep. Peter C. Schwartzkopf has filed legislation that would prohibit discrimination against people based on their sexual orientation.”
