Fourth Circuit Candidate Andre Davis

Ed Whelan reports on National Review Bench Memos about the rumored nomination of the Hon. Andre Davis to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  Apparently, there is some concern from prosecutors about his handling of criminal cases. No doubt, more details will be forthcoming if he is in fact nominated.
