Kansas: County modifies sexually oriented businesses resolution

El Dorado Times: “The Butler County Commissioners voted to approve a resolution modifying and amending resolution 98-79 . . .The new resolution stipulates alcoholic beverages cannot be consumed on the premises of an adult entertainment business and a business owner must apply for a permit to be able to have adult entertainment activities at his or her establishment.”
