North Carolina bill challenges parental rights

North Carolina Family Policy Council: “On April 7th, the North Carolina House Judiciary 3 Committee began considering a bill to establish a study on the expansion of grandparent visitation rights that could violate the fundamental right of parents to raise their children as they see fit.”
