Court to determine if Montanans have a “right” to euthanasia

Pro-life lawyers are asking the Montana Supreme Court to overturn a state court judge’s ruling last December saying that residents of the Big Sky State have a right to assisted suicide – and possibly even to euthanasia . . .

Another “friend-of-the-court” brief has been filed by the Alliance Defense Fund, a conservative legal group, on behalf of the Catholic Medical Association, the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Family Research Council and Montana physicians.
