Last week, the celebrity blogger, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, sent a DMCA takedown notice to YouTube, claiming that a new advocacy ad from the National Organization for Marriage (“NOM”) which was posted on the video-sharing site violated his copyright . . .  YouTube removed the video.”
