Scotland: Church minister loses unfair dismissal claim

Highland News: “A Free Presbyterian Church of Scotland minister has had his unfair dismissal claim thrown out by an employment tribunal because he is not an employee of the Church . . . An Inverness tribunal ruled Mr MacDonald’s obligations as a minister were to the people of his congregation and not the Free Presbyterian Church and rejected his claim.”
