Lawsuit involving MD pro-lifers goes to court

OneNewsNow:

Three young pro-life women held the peaceful demonstration near Bel Air. Daniel Blomberg of the Alliance Defense Fund tells OneNewsNow the police violated his clients’ rights.

“These pro-life advocates were arrested, shackled, held in prison overnight, and subjected to two rounds of sexually invasive searches simply for expressing their beliefs,” he recalls. “The fact of the matter here is expressing your First Amendment rights is not a crime — and the government has no right to harass and threaten citizens for expressing those rights in public.”
