Virginia: Page Eyes Regulation Of ‘Adult Businesses’



Daily News Record: “Page County now has the authority to regulate adult businesses, and anyone interested in opening up such an establishment would have a hard time selling it to county residents and officials. The Board of Supervisors last week approved a zoning ordinance that defines ‘adult businesses’ and requires a special-use permit.”
