Texas: Appeal Filed With 5th Circuit In Elementary School Hair Style Limits

Religion Clause Blog reports that the Needville, Texas Independent School District is appealing a case involving a five year old boy who is challenging school hair length restrictions on grounds that they violate his Native American religious beliefs.
