WI: State health program will give men “family planning” options

Stacy Forster reports in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: “Family planning services available through state health programs will be offered to men, under a provision in the two-year budget signed by Gov. Jim Doyle last week that included a handful of changes to family planning policies. The budget also requires that pharmacies have someone available to dispense contraceptives and that health insurance plans include contraceptive coverage.”
