UK: “Condom scheme bid to slash teen pregnancies”
Patrick Knox reports in the Basing Stoke Gazette: “Condoms are to be dished out free to boys as young as 13 in a bid to slash teenage pregnancy rates and sexually-transmitted diseases. Plans are in the pipeline to introduce drop-in clinics to schools in north Hampshire where condom cards will be available.”

It is sad that we’ll have to give condoms to to boys as young as 13 years old but in today’s scenario it certainly is a welcoming step. Perhaps we shouldn’t hold only teenagers responsible for all the mess that have been created. A study indicates that during prime time TV channels show 3 sex scenes on an average. You may imagine how many sex scenes a child has to watch on TV everyday. This induces a curiosity among the kids and teenagers to venture out the this horizon which they have never before. So in this we adults are to held responsible for these things.
