3rd Circuit Explains Why It Sacked Delaware Sports Lottery

Duffy writes at Law.com (Legal Intelligencer): “In its decision, the unanimous three-judge panel of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sided with all the major sports leagues — the NFL, the NBA, the NHL and Major League Baseball — and declared that the proposed expansion of Delaware’s gaming would violate the federal Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act.”
