4th Circuit: Westboro protest at local Marine’s funeral was protected free speech

York Daily Record: “The U.S. fourth circuit court of appeals on Thursday said the Rev. Fred Phelps and Westboro Baptist Church were within their First Amendment rights to protest at the funeral of Matthew Snyder, a Marine with local ties who died in Iraq.”
