Indiana: New Albany to seek full court review in “adult” bookstore case

Courier-Journal.com: “The city of New Albany will ask the full 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to reconsider a ruling by a three-judge panel . . . The appeals panel ruled Sept. 9 that New Albany must present clear evidence that the business, which sells adult books and movies, causes litter, crime and other problems in order to impose additional restrictions on its operations.”
