Street preacher says Greenville stifled free speech

GreenvilleOnline.com: “A Greenville street preacher has sued the city, alleging Greenville police violated his civil rights to free speech when they arrested him as he handed out religious literature downtown and that the ordinance his arrest was based on is unconstitutional . . . Glidewell’s complaint was filed by Harms and Frederick Nelson, an Orlando-based attorney for the American Liberties Institute, an organization that promotes the free expression of Christian beliefs.”
