Judge blocks key parts of new Arizona abortion law

Associated Press: “A state judge has blocked implementation of key parts of a new Arizona law restricting abortion . . . There is no word if the state will appeal the decision, but the reason they don’t agree with it is ‘it’s a battle against bad medical practice,’ according to Steven Aden, Alliance Defense Fund.”
