Conservative student newspaper sues OSU over distribution restrictions

The Oregonian: “A conservative student group has accused leaders of Oregon State University in federal court of violating students’ right to free speech by restricting distribution of a student-run newspaper on campus . . . ‘In this case, it seems like these students have viewpoints that aren’t favored by the university, and they are being treated differently because of that,’ said Heather Gebelin Hacker, an attorney representing the student group for the Alliance Defense Fund.”
