Paper’s lawsuit claims Oregon State University bias

The Register-Guard: “Oregon State University students who publish a journal of ‘conservative, libertarian and independent thought’ have filed a federal lawsuit in Eugene, alleging disparate treatment by university officials who have limited its on-campus distribution to two sites . . . Student publishers of The Liberty are being represented in their lawsuit by attorneys from the Alliance Defense Fund, a California-based Christian advocacy organization.”
