KY: Supreme Court to hear online gambling case

Louisville Courier-Journal: “Attorneys for the administration will argue before the Kentucky Supreme Court Thursday that the state had the right to attempt to seize 141 gambling domain names last fall. A Franklin Circuit Court judge upheld the move, but the Court of Appeals overturned that decision.”
