MI: ACLU adds religious rights to legal fight in SOS move

Oakland County Daily Tribune: “The American Civil Liberties Union says a Ferndale church has the right to rent space to a nonprofit group that helps homeless people find shelter, jobs and counseling. However, the ACLU’s attempt to raise religious rights issues on behalf of First Baptist Church of Ferndale was met with resistance.”
