WWJ 950: “A state lawmaker from Washtenaw County wants to overturn Michigan’s ban on same-sex marriage. Pam Byrnes of Lyndon Township has introduced a resolution to amend the state constitution to allow same-sex marriage. Voters in Michigan instituted the ban in 2004 by approving Proposal 2.”
