BRYAN, Texas — ADF Senior Legal Counsel Steven H. Aden will be available by phone for media interviews Tuesday following a hearing in the lawsuitPlanned Parenthood of Houston and Southeast Texas v. Johnson. Planned Parenthood filed the lawsuit after the director of its Bryan health center, Abby Johnson, quit her job after observing an abortion procedure. Planned Parenthood is seeking a temporary injunction to prohibit her from using records the abortion clinic falsely alleges she copied. ADF attorneys are providing legal assistance to Johnson and the Brazos Valley Coalition for Life in preparation for Tuesday’s hearing.
