“Same-sex ‘marriage’ opponents file federal lawsuit”

DC Wire, Washington Post: “Attorneys for the Alliance Defense Fund said the suit was filed today in D.C. Superior Court. On Tuesday, the elections board ruled that an initiative to define marriage as being between a man and woman cannot proceed becaause it would be discriminatory toward gay men and lesbians.”
