Forsyth County: Prayers represent private speech



WXII: “Forsyth County has filed a response to a ruling earlier this month by federal Magistrate Trevor Sharp that recommended that the use of prayer to open Board of Commissioners meetings in Forsyth County violates the First Amendment . . . Joyner and Blackmon are supported by the American Civil Liberties Union while the Alliance Defense fund is supporting the county.”
