Resignation of Oklahoma City judge to reshape 10th Circuit



The Oklahoman: “The resignation of Chief Judge Robert Henry of Oklahoma City on Thursday gives President Barack Obama more opportunity to shape the federal appeals court that serves Oklahoma. Seven judges on the 12-seat 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals were appointed by Republican presidents.”
