Oregon: Jackson county DA says no felony in “sexting” case



Ashland Daily Tidings: “The Jackson County district attorney’s office says four southern Oregon teens won’t face felony charges in a ’sexting’ case. Prosecutors have determined that the sexually explicit photos of minors the teens are accused of sending by text message don’t constitute child sex abuse.”
