Fiduciary fires back in polygamous sect’s property battle

Salt Lake Tribune: “The fiduciary who oversees a polygamous sect’s property trust is asking a Utah judge to hold sect leader Warren S. Jeffs, a dozen sect members, FLDS firms and the community’s local governments in contempt for trying to intervene in the 4-year-old court case.”
