Indiana: State Senator authors “sexting” bill

WIBC: “Jim Merritt’s (R-Indianapolis) bill would establish sexting as a delinquent act of a minor creating, transmitting or possessing a photograph, video or other material that shows someone under age in a state of nudity.”
