ADF CA Marriage Trial Update: Day Six

ADF attorney Austin R. Nimocks provides this update on yesterday’s proceedings in the Proposition 8 trial. He writes: “The themes weren’t all that different from those of last week—purely emotional appeals coupled with expert testimony (which was easily dismantled by the lawyers for ProtectMarriage.com). Yet, as I’m listening to all of the testimony, I keep asking myself this question: why are we having this debate here?”
