Ethics complaint filed against Kline over abortion investigations

Topeka Capital-Journal: “Former Attorney General Phill Kline lied to the Kansas Supreme Court, misled a Johnson County grand jury investigating an abortion provider and discussed an ongoing case on ‘The O’Reilly Factor,’ a conservative talk show. Those are among the grounds bringing Kline, who also is a former Johnson County district attorney, before the Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys, according to the formal complaint released Tuesday by the disciplinary administrator’s office . . .”
