SD: “Sexual orientation and gender identity” bill assigned to House committee

South Dakota Family Policy Council email: “Today we received notice HB 1144 is being reassigned to the House Health and Human Services Committee. The rescheduled date for the hearing is Tuesday, February 16.” According to the SDFPC, the bill will place “Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity” into state non-discrimination laws.
