Planned Parenthood-backed bill would allow Medicaid abortions in Illinois

The State Journal-Register: “A bill backed by Planned Parenthood in the Illinois General Assembly would remove restrictions on when low-income women could receive abortions paid for by the state’s Medicaid program. House Bill 6205, sponsored by House Majority Leader Barbara Flynn Currie, D-Chicago, is expected to be considered by a House committee later this month.”
