Alia Beard Rau writes at the Arizona Republic: “The Center for Arizona Policy has impacted the daily life of nearly every Arizonan in some way or another over the past 14 years . . . ‘The Number 1 most powerful lobbyist at the Capitol now is the Center for Arizona Policy,’ she said, adding that the center’s true power is in its ability to get its supporters to the polls, particularly the primary elections in the GOP districts where a few thousand voters can often determine a winner.”
