Louisiana asks full 5th Circuit to rehear “2 dads case”

Times-Picayune: “Attorney General Buddy Caldwell this morning asked the full 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn a decision requiring that Louisiana issue a birth certificate listing as fathers the two men who adopted a Shreveport-born infant in a New York court.”
